Bears All Things, 2013 –>

Bears All Things (original Finnish name is Kaiken se kestää) is a life-long art project. Mammu and Pasi Rauhalas work consists of performances, photographs, videos and installations.

The work is linked to the couple’s biggest joint work, renovation project of their old house, which will not be ready for ever. Everyday life becomes a part of art and art into everyday life.

The work represents our relationship. Combining the elements of wedding ceremony with hard work or everyday life makes absurd pictures itself. In some of the video performances hole action is somehow absurd or symbolic. Like husband digging earth under the feet of he’s wife.
